Salon and spas owners have spent years desperately searching for a solution to their recruitment frustrations, and now, we have the answer. The aim of the finishing school is to turn ‘qualified’ therapists into ‘commercially viable’ therapists. The beauty industry is inundated with qualified therapists who are simply not ready for the workplace. They often don’t have the experience, strong work ethic, knowledge of retail business or customer service experience. Salon and spa owners want to employ therapists who can start to contribute to their business in a positive way from their very first day. They require therapists who want to grow and learn with their business and who will make their investment in future training worthwhile. The intensive training that we put therapists through at our finishing school will ensure that salon and spa owners see positive results immediately from the therapists that they recruit.
