About Us

ECO4 is the newest version of the Government's Energy Company Obligation. It began in August 2022 and will run until 31 March 2026. Its aim is to provide free energy-saving improvements to households in need, making their homes and heating systems more efficient.
This grant is intended for properties that have never had central heating. Both homeowners and private tenants are eligible to apply.
