Welcome, I’m Debbie Kelly. As an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a registered member of the BACP Accredited Voluntary Register, I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. I offer counselling via the telephone or video. I am based in Carmarthen, Wales, covering all areas including Cardiff and Swansea as well as clients from all around the UK.
