We then produce a Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) contract, proof of our commitment to the highest industry standards, which includes a checklist of deliverables for later verification. Then, a detailed plan incorporating logistics, permit applications, and fortnightly valuations is formed to ensure timely and budget-compliant progress. The production phase sees the implementation of these plans, with regular updates and site photos keeping all parties informed.
