We are a family of like-minded individuals (professionals and members) who have come together under this one exclusive roof. We are honoured to be associated with both ex World, English and European champions together, as well as current professional and master trainers in the fields of boxing and combat. We also welcome trainers accomplished in strength and conditioning, running and calisthenics.

Our aim is to empower your mind and body through the sweet science of boxing and combat
We will strip away misconceptions and help you align yourself with the mindset of a champion through the use of physical exercise, utilising our high quality equipment.

We are convinced that once you step into our bespoke 16 ft ring we will change the way you view training. The champion in you will be made here and this is a theme throughout Box Centric which makes us stand out loud and proud.

Friday: 7AM-7.30PM
