Hello, my name is Caroline and I am a personal and adventure life coach. I hope that the monthly promotion posts are still allowed.

I love the outdoors, the stars and the sky and the way the sun casts its light. When a light shines on something it leaves a shadow, it creates a new perspective of something that was always there. I love to capture these moments when IÂ’m out on an adventure; I am inspired to face my own challenges, and to help people see their own potential.

I offer individual and group coaching programmes mostly geared towards empowering and encouraging people through, but not limited to outdoor adventures. Be it by helping you create the necessary confidence, to overcome any internal barriers, or work through any possible thing holding you back from achieving what you want.
