Male Childcare and Teaching Jobs is an organisation created by a nursery manager who understands the employment difficulties for male teachers in nurseries and schools.

Our network aims to support both male job seekers and gender-inclusive employers in finding each other and reaching their full potential.

We strive to raise awareness of gender stereotypes in educational settings, and tackle male underrepresentation in nurseries and schools.

Men representing an evident minority in the education sector, which is why Male Childcare and Teaching Jobs are here to help nursery owners, managers and headteachers connect with quality male candidates which are hard to find. Furthermore, it is our objective to pave the way for future male generations to opt for a career in childcare and education.
