Novel Student is a new student accommodation provider that offers excellent wellness facilities as well as incredible service. Our main goal is the creation of communities for happier and healthier students.

Our first student residences in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Sheffield, all have dedicated entertainment areas, workspaces and more! Some of the amenities include washer-dryers in shared apartments and private studios, as well as free weekday breakfast and a 24/7 coffee.

We also have boutique bedrooms that have been designed for practicality as well as style, with dimmable lighting and high-quality Hypnos mattresses.
