The Wellbeing and Wellness Coach is an inclusive wellness community promoting simple, realistic and achievable methods to support you to improve your physical and mental wellness. WeÂ’re friendly, great value and absolutely everyone is welcome!
We offer a completely free online wellness community that everyone can join where we share ideas and strategies to improve your wellbeing and overall wellness. We provide online yoga, mindfulness, meditation and guided relaxation in addition to online courses, workshops and special events. We also provide one to one coaching around overcoming fatigue conditions and improving mental wellness. There are strictly no fad diets or extreme regimes promoted within our community and we encourage a healthy, achievable and balanced approach.
What makes us really stand out is that our founder has genuine lived experience of bouncing back from significant mental health challenges and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. We are a small, family run business with a growing team of amazing contributors who have an incredible range of experiences and qualifications. Most importantly we only promote realistic, healthy strategies and believe that enjoying life is the most important goal!
