We have created this online exercise course for older adults who want an alternative to gym based exercises, an exercise routine that will keep their bodies comfortable as time goes by. Created from over 40 years of Tai Chi, Qigong the and Eastern movement arts, this course is unique in its ability to give people back the confidence in their bodies.
