Richard Baker Partnership is an Architectural Design & Building Surveying practice based in Sittingbourne, Kent. We specialise in small residential and commercial developments and have a particular interest in historic buildings and the promotion of sustainable construction techniques. We aim to offer our clients an individual design service which is tailored to their specific requirement. We also provide Building Surveying services which range from the investigation and diagnosis of building construction faults to the preparation of Schedules of Condition and building structural surveys.
