We offer a full range of classes to suit all ages and abilities, no matter what your reason for training. For children we aim to increase confidence, focus, fitness and physical well being For adults, whether you wish to get fit, become a Black Belt or pursue a competitive career the TKO Academy has a class to suit you. Each of our 3 full time, fully equipped and professionally staffed academies has a Boxing ring, full range of punch bags, pads and everything you need for successful training.

Full time fully equipped academy offering classes, both group and private, seven days a week.
