Many of lifeÂ’s problems can seem like prisons of our design. After all, no one makes us smoke or bite our nails. No one forces us to feel anxious or stressed. No one tells us we should be terrified of flying, or shy when speaking to strangers.

My name is Philip Makatrewicz, and I practise Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. It’s a powerful approach that offers you the chance to create meaningful and lasting change in your life; a way of taking back control that leaves you feeling empowered and renewed. You already have these resources inside you to become, in the words of Donne, your own palace – it’s simply a case of tapping into them.
