About Us

Susan Blundell is a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and an accredited counsellor, based in Tonbridge, Kent, near Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks. I have many years’ experience working with men and women of all ages. backgrounds and many ethnicities. I have worked in the NHS, hospital and GP surgeries, charity sector and in private practice . I offer space, time and relationship for you to explore what concerns you; bringing insight, new perspectives and opportunities for change – with the aim of enabling you to live your life more freely and fully. To give you some indication of my work, I have worked with people exploring the following issues: Depression, Anxiey, Stress, Bereavement, Obsessions, Abuse, Childhood Trauma & Abuse, Relationships, Life Crises, Work Difficulties, Loss, Transitions, Identity, Sexuality, Desire, Dreams, Shame, Guilt, Spirituality. My therapeutic approaches are psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, relational and CBT. I train counsellors on the BACP accredited diploma course in psychodynamic counselling at the Counselling Centre in Tunbridge Wells. I am available as a training therapist for counsellors and clinical psychologists. I also offer supervision.

Establishment: I have been working with clients for eight years in a variety of settings :NHS; charity and in private practice.

Services & Products we offer

• Counselling sessions are weekly on the same day and same time for 50 minutes. Psychoanalytic psychotherapy sessions are twice or more times weekly.Time-limited counselling is usually for 12 sessions for the resolution of specific problems. Fees are £45 per session.
