Philippa Brooks Millinery creates bespoke hats , fascinators and headpieces for special occasions .Philippa has over twenty years experience in the fashion and buying industry and is formally trained in fashion design .She learnt millinery at Central St Martins London and the British School of Millinery in Cheltenham as well as from couture milliners . Philippa is based out of Didsbury in South Manchester and Bowness on Windermere , Cumbria , in the Lake District
