Hypnosis is a totally natural state of mind. Everyone has been in a hypnotic state, a trance, at some time or other. For example, you may have forgotten parts of a car journey or “drifted off” while reading a book. These are examples of natural trance states. Hypnosis can help with many psychological and emotionally-based issues, such as anxiety and stress, lack of self-esteem and confidence, phobias, pain control, as well as helping with weight issues and smoking. I work in a client-centred, solution-focused way, tailoring sessions to each individual client to achieve the best results, in a comfortable, confidential and non-judgmental environment.
