Every patient Practice should receive treatment in an atmosphere that is safe and without disturbance from any other patients. In return the staff should also be able to provide a service without fear of abuse or threatening behaviour from any patients. Any patient who does not adhere to these rules and is threatening or abusive will not be seen at this practice. There details will be passed onto the police and we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
