With this in mind, Core Heating will carry out a full inspection of the appliance to check that it meets current safety regulations. If not, then we will let you know what remedial work is necessary. • Landlords - As a landlord, you will be aware that it is legal requirement that an annual landlord safety certificate is issued for your property.
